Launch Simpli operates the Simpli Scale™ program, a done-for-you patient acquisition and revenue recovery system for dental practices. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, landing pages, lead generation forms, Revenue Leak Calculator, and any communications initiated as a result of submitting your information to us.

By submitting your name, email address, phone number, or any other information through our forms, landing pages, Facebook lead ads, or Revenue Leak Calculator, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are authorized to make business decisions on behalf of your dental practice or organization
• You have read and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy
• The information you have provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge

By submitting your contact information through any Launch Simpli form or landing page, you expressly consent to receive the following types of communications from Launch Simpli:

• Email communications including follow-up sequences, educational content, and program information
• Phone calls from our team members regarding your inquiry

The Revenue Leak Calculator provided on our website and landing pages is an educational tool designed to estimate potential revenue losses based on industry benchmark data. The results generated are estimates only and are not guarantees of actual revenue loss or recovery potential.

Calculator results are based on publicly available dental industry benchmarks including data from the American Dental Association, NexHealth, Dental Tribune, and Henry Schein. Submitting your information through our forms, booking a Revenue Recovery Call, or receiving our Revenue Leak Report does not obligate you to purchase any product or service from Launch Simpli. All calls and reports are provided at no charge and with no conditions.

If you choose to engage Launch Simpli as a service provider, the specific terms governing your service agreement including pricing, deliverables, payment terms, cancellation policy, and performance expectations will be set out in a separate written agreement signed by both parties. These Terms of Service govern pre-sale interactions only and do not constitute a service agreement.

Results described in our marketing materials including case studies, benchmark data, and projected revenue recovery figures represent possible outcomes based on prior client experience and industry data. Individual practice results will vary and are not guaranteed.

All content on our website, landing pages, and marketing materials including but not limited to the Simpli Scale™ name, Revenue Leak Calculator, written copy, graphics, frameworks, and methodologies are the intellectual property of Launch Simpli and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Launch Simpli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, forms, calculator tools, or communications, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our pre-sale services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us, which in the case of our free tools and calls is zero.

Launch Simpli operates SMS communications through third-party wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Launch Simpli is not responsible for any delays, failures, or errors in message delivery caused by your wireless carrier or network conditions.

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive SMS communications, you acknowledge that your wireless carrier may charge standard messaging and data rates and that Launch Simpli has no control over carrier delivery timelines or failures.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties before pursuing any other remedy.
